Time Allowance

For custom orders be sure to allow ample time to receive your item.  During certain times of year we are heavily booked and can run behind due to fabric shipments being late.

Gowns are usually completed within 4 to 6weeks after receiving full payment. During October, December, May, June and July orders can take between 6 to 8 weeks after receiving full payment.  Please plan ahead to avoid rush fees.

If you need something quickly, often we can accommodate your request.  Rush fees depend upon scheduling and item construction.  Contact us before ordering.


Hemming
All gowns are roll hemmed free of charge.  If you desire a traditional hem, additional length or shortening we can accommodate your needs for an additional fee.

Measurements and Sizing:

Items are constructed to the measurements that you provide.  If an item constructed to those measurements does not fit, it cannot be returned.  Please triple-check your measurements(included your bust,waist,hips and full body height from your head to toe) using a standard measuring tape.  Most standard gowns are sized by the standards size charts and do not include alterations. Although you choose your gown sizing, most times you will require exact fit alterations.  This is an important consideration for all brides, and gown customers.  Many of our gown patterns come in our "standardized" sizes with a 1/2 seam allowance as do most of the bridal stores and specialty shops.  Alterations can cost more than the cost of the gown in some cases.


Deposits/Payments

We will gladly when time allows prepare a payment plan for you. However, all payment agreements MUST be arranged with us prior to the items booking.

>All orders over $300 require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance is to be paid within 10 days.  If final payment is not made in the allotted time, your deposit is forfeit or if you cancel your custom order the initial deposit will not be returned

>All  orders require payment in full and construction will begin, when full payment is received.

No special order fabric is ordered until payment in full is received.


Returns

>We do not EVER accept returns on custom garments, cut fabrics, or trims.  The gowns are made or special ordered for each customer, allowing us the opportunity to "personalize" each gown to the individuals desires.  For this reason they are un-returnable.


Sale & Clearance Items

>These items are substantially discounted and take into consideration any defect or problem with the item.  The items are sold as is, and are not returnable.


Shipping

>Standard in-stock items ordered with credit card payment are shipped within 7 days of receipt of full payment.  Checks require 14 days to clear.

>Shipping is generally done with US Postal Service.  Express delivery is available for an additional fee.  Items valued over $100 are insured and require signature delivery. We ship on Wednesdays.  All orders, unless they are UPS overnight ship on the following Wednesday after payment has cleared.

>Gown shipments are made by priority or express mail and do require a signature before the package will be left.  Please provide an address at which someone will be available to receive.


Care Instructions

Because of the nature of packing and shipping, the garment will more than likely need to be steamed or pressed. We recommend that client have this done by a professional dry-cleaner.  Some  fabrics will melt when ironed, or require specialized care while pressing or steaming.


Payments

>USA Customers may make payment by credit card through paypal.com only..

>At this time, we only take credit card payments through PayPal.com. This is a secure web service used by thousands of people daily.  We do not directly process cards please do not send us email with your credit card numbers.

All international customers may make payment with either paypal or direct deposit to our account.  If you desire to use a money order, it must be in US Rates and there is a service depository fee. International money orders can take up to 5 weeks to clear. Please be prepared for this in your timing. >
 


International Sales

All sales are final.  Shipping fees, duty, and knowledge of your countries rules of import are the  responsibility of the customer.  All sales are made by U.S. funds only.  We do not accept foreign funds of any kind.

Specialized Patterns & Fabric Research

Do you have a photo of a gown you are dying to have?  We can usually accommodate any request.  There is a non refundable pattern drafting fee of $200 -$500 and a minimum time requirement of 8 to 16 weeks after receiving payment required for all one of a kind commissions.

We are willing to help you locate the perfect fabric or pattern for your custom gown.  A non-refundable $50 fee is required if research requires more than two hours.  This does not guaranteed success but we will do our best to locate the perfect fabrics or patterns for you.  This fee also covers 1-5 swatches of the fabrics we locate for your commission. Extensive web research is billed at $35 per hour.
